Heritage Days 6-30

Our tradition of the heritage parade continues. We have it down pretty good by now. We leave our house about 10 minutes before it starts, ride our bikes there, and for some reason there is always this little spot saved especially for us! When the parade is over we jump on our bikes, and beat all the traffic out! It's a fun tradition. I hope next year it keeps working out so nicely!

Trace's Field Day 6-28

Nothing like field day when its almost 100 degrees... but the kids still love every second of it! The kindergarten classes had their own field day, so they got to enjoy more of everything!

Cowboy Day 6-26

Trace is almost done with Kindergarten... I'm SO SAD.  Kindergarten is perfect.  They are gone just long enough to have fun, learn, and let mom run a quick errand.  All day school is NOT my ideal!  I'll be so sad to see this year end.  His teacher has been amazing... always coming up with fun ways to learn.  Today they had cowboy day.  They all dressed up, and had a REAL cowboy come and teach them all things cowboy. 

More fun the rest of the week... and then SUMMER TIME!

Moms Bday weekend 6/22-24

To end an already too perfect week - We got to spend the weekend with my family.  A few months ago my dad and I decided it would be fun to rent an nice condo in Eden for my MOM'S 60TH BIRTHDAY.  I think she had a great time, but to be honest - It's more up mine and my Dads ally.:)  We filled every second full of Baseball, boche ball, swimming, ping pong, putting, cards, movies, and of course great food.  The kids were in heaven with Pa's constant attention, not to mention the big boys constant attention!  More fun + More family = More heaven.

Porters 2nd Grade Program 6-21

We hurried home for Porters 2nd grade program. He has been practicing, and so excited about it... until we had to leave Pirates Cove. He had a big smile the whole time, and did his part perfectly, but after made sure we all knew he didn't have fun! Grandma and Grandpa Pa were there to cheer him on!

Pirates Life for me 6/18-21

We got to be pirates again this past week at the coolest family vacation ever.  We are so lucky to have so many memories at this place.  It never fails to amaze me.  My kids are in heaven the entire time - Chad and I are "content" too.  :)  There really is no greater place for a family.  Especially a family full of fish like mine.  We swim as soon as we get up until it's dark and WAY too late for the kids to be awake.  If we take any breaks from the pools, we are playing games in the theater room, or eating lots of great food.  Yep, Im pretty sure there are pirates in heaven!  I LOVE PIRATES COVE.

Fathers Day 6-17

I hands down have the the best dads in my life!  My Dad has taught me so much, and I look up to him in so many ways.  Chad is better than I could ever dream of as the Dad to my boys.  They respect him and love him so much!  Steve is an incredible father, and I know Chad is who he is, because of him.  Fathers Day is a great day to remember how lucky I am!!  I love all three of you...

Happy Birthday Trace and Kenny... Trace and Kenny decided to have their family parties together. MARIO STYLE! Amy always plans such fun parties, and this year was no exception. It was an all day production, and everyone had so much fun!

Soccer camp 6/11-6/15

Trace got to spend the week doing British soccer camp! Porter loved this camp, so we decided Trace would have fun doing it too, and HE DID. His good friend Mason did it too, and they were all grins after every day! They had an Austin Powers theme, and even though neither of them had ever seen or heard of it, they quoted it all day long! "Yeah baby Yeah", "Get in my belly", "Dr. Evil, are you ready".
