Baseball 5-28

Porter and Trace started baseball a couple weeks ago. Because of the rain the games kept getting pushed back. We finally started - Baseball has never been my favorite to watch, but the kids are loving it. They both play Tuesdays and Thursdays. Needless to say our lives have been BUSY! Add Chad's Softball games on Wednesday, and his bowling league on Thursdays, and you have a family that is NEVER home. :)

Les Miserables 5-25

Merry Christmas to us! We just got to go to Les mis with my family. It was our Christmas present from my parents... What a great way to make Christmas last. I love it!! Might be my new favorite :). It's hard to say which show is the best. They are all different and great all in there own ways! Either way - I loved the show, and it was great spending the night with my family.

Father and sons camp 5-20

Oh how I love fathers and sons camp!! There are many perks to having three boys, but this weekend is at the top :). Chad loaded all three boys up and took them camping this weekend, so I enjoyed some more Des time! Sarah and I ended up staying in Salt Lake Friday night. We were running a race first thing Saturday morning, so we decided to spend the night shopping! Thee race was so fun... I hope we do it again next year. The boys had a great night too.

Las Vegas 5-4

Best adult vacation ever! We just spent one of the best weekends in Las Vegas. Brett and Sarah's anniversary was coming up so they decided to spend it in Vegas, and lucky for us they invited us to come along. Sarah and I left Wednesday night, the boys met us there Thursday afternoon. Our days were spent sleeping in, laying by the pool, eating great food, and napping by the pool. Our nights were full of more great food, lots of games, Phantom of the Opera, more great food, and lots of laughs. We managed to fit in a few shopping trips in between all the other fun. My new favorite restaurant is Cabo Wabo. We fit that in TWICE... Yum.

Highlights from the trip:
PHANTOM!
Gelato - we made an average of two trips to the parlor each day!
Chips, salsa, and guac from Cabo Wabo
Breakfast by Belagio pools
Listening to the pianist in the lounge
And nothing beats sleeping in until 11:00 every morning!

Thanks Brett and Sarah for letting us tag along on your anniversary - WE LOVED IT.

We even met Micheal Jackson... He's alive and well!

Chad is going to kill me for posting this one, but I think it's funny... so

Porter asked me what we were going to do on our trip. I told him I was going to read by the pool, take naps, and sleep. He was really concerned that I wasn't going to have any fun... I told him I might stop by the M&M factory and he was excited. So we went to the M&M factory and made them M&M's with their names on them... They loved it.

FHE 5-1

We got a few of our friends together for a little family night at surf 'n swim. The kids love to swim, especially when a bunch of their friends are there to play with. These pictures aren't the best - but we decided a crappy picture is better than no picture!
