Another presidents weekend with Porters soccer team! We spent lots of time at the fields, but managed a lot of family time too. Grandpa and Grandma pa, and Hansen came down again to support Porter. We hiked a fun new hike. In the spring when there is run off the hike is full of waterfalls, but for us it was bone dry! Maybe we can come back in the spring and see it flowing?? Porters team did good, but lost a game so they couldn't play in the championship games.
We have been having so much with our 14 days of Valentines! Each day the kids ask when they are going to get their Valentine for the day. Today we went and got Ice Cream with our some of our best friends, the Willards.
I got lucky with this date! Trace's teacher Mrs. Thomas was the lead in "Arsenic and Old Lace" and we got tickets to go see it! It so much fun to spend the day hanging out with one of my favorite buddies.
Brett invited us to a Jazz game for Chads Birthday... Not just any jazz game - the best seats ever, and dinner!! Probably a once in a lifetime chance. Dinner was great, company even better, but the Jazz lost. Thanks Garner for the hook up!!
Trace has been a little spoiled this week. Lots of one on one time for our little man. Tonight he spent the nights on the slopes with his dad. What a couple of hunks!
