Rock Climbing with Porters Football team 8-26

Porters team had a really fun team building party tonight. The whole team and all their families got together for lots of great food, and ROCK CLIMBING! Roc was in heaven! Chad is out of town, so he had to miss out on the fun :(. Go SYRACUSE STORM!

Cousin Pictures 8-25

Another attempt at cousin pictures. This year was a little bit of success. Especially if you are comparing it to years in the past! Still completely exhausting... but I'm glad my Sister in laws want to keep doing them, even when I try to discourage it!

August 24 ride

Another perfect night on the bike! We ended the night out at antelope island. Such a perfect date!

A day in Rosie's life 8/22

More fun for Rosie's Birthday. Here is a day in her life! We went over to the school to have lunch with the boys. My heart melts every time I see them with their sis. Porter ran from his football game, followed by his entire pose to see her and hold her. I'm crazy about my 4 kids!

Rosie's ONE! 8/22

Our baby is 1! Crazy! We are more in love with her each day. 

Rosie at 1:

Almost walking. She can stand and balance for a few seconds on her own. She even took her first 3 steps on her birthday! 

Rosie is a GREAT EATER. Loves pretty much everything. Her favorites right now are peanut butter sandwiches, Mac and Cheese, and applesauce. 

She drinks whole milk from a sippy... no more bottles! 

Still is crazy about her bunny and binki. 

She has 4 teeth on top, and three on the bottom. She got her first tooth right around 9 months. 

She waves hi, bye, and good night. 

Says Mama and Dada, but not directed at us. She BLABS about everything else, but doesn't seem to have words for things yet. Maybe the DEER... 

Growing out of all her 6-12 month clothes, but she is still wearing them until it is cool enough to start wearing fall clothes. 

Weighs 22 pounds about 28 inches long. 

Sleeps from about 8:30 to 8:30 at night. Takes a 2 hour nap. Laughs, plays and loves her brothers! 

Has her mom and especially her dad wrapped around her finger.

School Lunch 8-22

Porter still likes for Me, Roc, and Rosie to come hang out at recess and lunch! I wish I could go everyday. He carries Rosie around, and lets Roc play football with all of his buddies. I don't ever want him to grow up!!

Back to School 8/19

After 12 weeks of summer vacation... We are ready for back to school! 4th grade and 2nd grade here we come. Porter has Mrs. Peterson and Trace has Mrs. Midgley. We are sad to say good bye to our care free summer schedule, but ready for a little structure too!

The boys look forward to there back to school blessings from Dad... Big group hug!

Lagoon 8-19

For the kids Birthdays this year Grandma and Pa gave them a day at Lagoon! Lexi and Kenny are still here, so we talked them into joining us. It was hot, and crowded... BUT SO MUCH FUN! Grandma took Rose home after a few hours of fun. All the kids absolutely love LAGOON!
