Roc's in Nursery

Hip, Hip, Hooray!!

Roc is now 18 months old, and old enough to go to nursery. Church hasn't been too much fun the last few months with my little rascal. But now, all is well. He went to nursery for the first time on Sunday. He loved it, just like I knew he would. What is not to love about nursery? Friends, treats, toys, and stories? I'm taking him in for his 18 month well check next Monday, so I'll dedicate another post about what he is doing as my 18 month old! But for now, notice the big fat lip? He fell off one of our chairs and bit a hole through it. Just another day in the Hansens crazy lives.

Update on his Well check:

He weighs 25 pounds 4 oz and is 32.5 inches tall. That puts him in the 30% for his weight still, and about 50% for his height. He is still quite a bit shorter than all of his friends... including Bekham, who also measured 32.5 inches... I guess it might not be that accurate :). Doctor Fennell says he looks fabulouse! He is the funnest little kid. He is trying to talk more and more. Some of the words he knows are: mom, dad, porter, trace, baby, dinner, crakcer, cookie, treat, bite, banana, yogurt, cheese, ball, night night, hi, bye-bye, hello, a-oh, no, george (his blanket), go, sucker, grandma, pa, audrey, owie, book, and shoe. He loves to be outside, loves to see animals, especially dogs, and loves to be doing everything the big boys are doing! I Love this little kid!
